Delete your account

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

• Open EasyFinance and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• Confirm with your password (or, if you use Google sign-in, sign out and in again first if the app asks), then tap Yes, Delete.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email muhammadshahan059@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my EasyFinance account”. We will confirm the request and delete your account and data within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email address and mobile number).
• All finance records stored in your account: transactions, wallets, budgets, savings goals, bills and subscriptions, debts, Daily Khata entries, investments and price alerts.
• Anything the Fini companion remembered about you.
• Data stored on the phone you delete from.

What may be kept

• Copies in Google Cloud backup systems may remain for a limited period before they are overwritten.
• Google Play keeps records of purchases under its own policies. We keep nothing else.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an EasyFinance Premium subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
