Terms of Use

1. The service

EasyFinance is a personal finance tracker. It helps you record and understand your income, spending, budgets, bills, debts, Daily Khata and investments. EasyFinance does not make payments, transfer money, cancel subscriptions or hold funds. It only records information you enter or that it detects with your permission.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use EasyFinance. If you are under 18, use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password and device secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at muhammadshahan059@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused.

3. Not financial advice

Summaries, health scores, budgets, reminders and anything said by the Fini companion are general information based on the data in the app. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

4. Automatic detection and AI

• Transactions detected from notifications may occasionally be missed, duplicated or categorised incorrectly. Please review your records; you can edit or delete any transaction.
• Fini uses artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Check important information before relying on it. Do not share passwords, PINs or one-time codes with Fini.

5. Market data

Market prices come from third-party public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. They are provided for information only and must not be relied on for trading decisions.

6. EasyFinance Premium

• Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play at the price shown before you subscribe.
• New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically. Google Play allows one free trial per account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• We may change Premium features or prices; price changes follow Google Play's rules for notifying subscribers.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: for example, don't try to access other people's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it to bypass Premium, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Our content

The app, its design, the Fini character, code and content belong to ThinkFlow. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Your finance data remains yours.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using EasyFinance and delete your account at any time (see how to delete your account). Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play to stop future charges. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
